Stay the Night! Decorate your Hotel Room Entrance (or Booth) with your own Creative and Exciting Spooky Halloween Decorations!

You are welcome to bring your own candy and prizes (spider rings, stickers, etc.) to help keep our costs down but we will have back-up candy if needed.

Also, if you can’t attend but would like to sponsor a room or booth, we will provide volunteers to hand out candy and your business/organization promotional materials.

Promote your Business, Organization or Group!

You can join in the fun by sponsoring a hotel room (decorate your door and hand out candy & prizes) or a booth to decorate & give kids a safe, fun, & exciting place to trick or treat. We will have a DJ located in the ballroom announcing businesses and companies that have sponsored us throughout the night as well as poster boards located throughout the galleria with the logos of said companies.

Can't attend? Sponsor a room or booth, we will provide volunteers to hand out candy/prizes and your business/organization promotional materials. Sponsor by donating candy, money, and clothing donations are always accepted. (Packages of socks and underwear needed.)

The Ballrooms will host our Costume Contest, Carnival Booths and Games & Concession Stands. Upstairs we will have our hotel rooms to Trick or Treat for the kids. We’ll also have Cake Walk & Movie/ Quite room available to the Public! And don't forget the "Haunted House"!

1. Rent a Hotel Room to promote your business or organization.

The Sponsor's rooms will be located on the 2nd floor of our hotel. Check in time is at 4PM Guaranteed, we’ll do the best we can to get you in earlier if needed. The room will be pre-paid, we will need a credit card at check-in for incidentals, due to hotel policy. We hope you are planning to stay the night and enjoy all of Sheraton Uptown's amenaties!

Sponsors may choose to decorate their hotel room entrance for the duration of the event. Sheraton won’t be providing decorations for the rooms. Do not have children enter your rooms. Plan to greet them at your door.

Businesses and organizations: We can provide some of the candy but to help us raise as much as possible for the charity, we ask if you can assist and provide some or all of your own candy. Kids also love prizes such as Halloween rings, toys, stickers, etc. Please let us know. – We will have volunteers going room to room checking to see if you need more candy throughout the night.

You may hand out your own promotional items and information to adults. This is a great way to reach the public and let them know about your business or organization as well as participate in our community event. We are happy to store promotional items if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing a room, the room & tax charges will be pre-paid and charged at time of reservation. The “Guest Name” entered, will be the individual whose name will be on the room reservation. Upon check in to the room, they will be asked to present a valid photo ID and a credit card for incidentals.


2. Rent a Booth to promote your business or organization

The Booths will be located on our 1st floor in our main ballrooms. Sponsors will have time to come in and set up anything they need for their booths ahead of time. Sheraton will provide a game or you can bring or create a game to play and prizes for all the guests that attend.

Businesses and organizations: we can provide some of the candy but to help us raise as much as possible for the charity, we ask if you can assist and provide some or all of your own candy. Please let us know. – We will have volunteers going around checking to see if you need more candy or prizes throughout the night. You may also hand out your own promotional items and information to adults. This is a great way to reach the public and let them know about your business or organization as well as participate in our community event. . We are happy to store promotional items if needed. Let us know if you need us to have a volunteer to man the booth in case you can’t make it.


3. Donations

Candy and prizes for the trick-or-treating & booths; and any monetary and clothing donations are also welcome. Anything helps us out. We are in need of brand new packages of socks and underwear.
