Over the next few weeks, kids will return to classrooms across New Mexico. And you can help get them ready with the annual KOAT 7 School Supply Drive.

Donate on this site now through August 23rd and our partners at Locker #505: Student's Clothing Bank will connect your dollars to provide school supplies to students in need in your community.

Who is Locker #505: Student's Clothing Bank?

Our Mission:

To provide appropriate school clothing to K-12 Greater Albuquerque Metro (including Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia and Torrance counties) students in need.

Locker #505 student clothing bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has established a student-focused facility where children can try on and choose school outfits that they feel good about wearing. Having appropriate school clothing allows children to concentrate on their school work, not their clothing. It also helps keep children, who might not go to class because of their clothes, stay in school.

It is crucial to us that each student is treated with the utmost respect and kindness and leaves Locker #505 feeling good.

We provided clothing, personal care items, backpacks, and "school supplies" to over 4,700 students last year. As we continue to expand into Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, and Torrance Counties, these numbers will continue to grow.

Own a business? Become a sponsor for our new "Mobile Clothing Bank" and have your business logo recognized throughout New Mexico as we bring our program to the underserved students in the outlying rural communities in our state.

We need your support to continue to provide these much needed services.
